The Black/Onyx/Confetti colorway in the women's ASICS® Gel - Noosa Tri 8 shoe is very colorful, but I didn't notice any glow in dark features with the colors. It was difficult for me to find total darkness at the warehouse though, but I still don't think they illuminate much.
